\par }{\f0\insrsid5848113\charrsid12917783 (2) The Director in consultation with the Authority may appoint such other}{\f0\insrsid12396178  }{\f0\insrsid5848113\charrsid12917783 officers and employees including acting or temporary or casual officers and}{
\f0\insrsid12396178  }{\f0\insrsid5848113\charrsid12917783 employees as it thinks necessary for the efficient exercise of its functions and}{\f0\insrsid12396178  }{\f0\insrsid5848113\charrsid12917783 powers.
