}{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 of Cabinet, or may, at any time, by written notice delivered to Cabinet regarding}{\f0\insrsid12656850 }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 that member\rquote s office. \par }{\f0\insrsid12656850 \par }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 (6) Any member of the Council who ceases permanently to reside in Niue}{\f0\insrsid12656850 }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 shall, upon such cessation, be deemed to have resigned from office. \par }{\f0\insrsid12656850 \par }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 (7) If any member of the Council dies or otherwise ceases to be a member}{\f0\insrsid12656850 }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 of the Council, Cabinet shall appoint some other person to be a member of the}{ \f0\insrsid12656850 }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 Council for the balance of the term for which the vacating member of the Council}{\f0\insrsid12656850 }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 Council, and appoint any person to be a}{\f0\insrsid12656850 }{ \f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 member of any such Committee, notwithstanding that such person}{\f0\insrsid12656850 }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 shall not be a member of the Council. \par }\pard \ql \li0\ri0\nowidctlpar\faauto\rin0\lin0\itap0\pararsid12656850 {\b\f0\insrsid12656850 \par }{\f0\insrsid12656850 \par }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850 (3) As often as the office is vacant, the Council shall appoint a Deputy}{\f0\insrsid12656850 }{\f0\insrsid13792663\charrsid12656850
