}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af1\afs22 \ltrch\fcs0 \f1\fs22\insrsid3221713 was not }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af1\afs22 \ltrch\fcs0 \f1\fs22\insrsid3228153 present at }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af1\afs22 \ltrch\fcs0 \f1\fs22\insrsid3221713 
the autopsy.  However, he has provided an expert opinion based on the reports and material provided to him.
