On April 22, 1971, Paciano G. Gumataotao and his wife entered into an option agreement with Joseph T. Gumataotao, giving the latter, in exchan

The balance was to be payable in ten annual installments of $70,000.00 each, beginning one year after closing, with 6% interest p}{\insrsid10438796 er year on the unpaid balance.
