s duty to instruct the jury as to every element of an offense.  Nonetheless, and based on our discussion herein, it is advisable for the trial court to delineate, separate from definin
g the crime of family violence, that as an element of the offense of family violence, the prosecution bears the burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant\rquote 
s actions do not include acts of self-defense, or acts in defense of others, what
