Like the Appellant in the instant matter, the defendant sought the aid of civil contract law.}{\insrsid4878431  }{\insrsid10242538\charrsid4878431 Specifically, the defendant}{\insrsid4878431  }{\insrsid10242538\charrsid4878431 asserted that }{
