What is of consequence is that the parties are able to put their personal differences aside and work for the benefit of their son.}{\insrsid5321791  }{\insrsid5209469\charrsid5321791 
The record reflects such an ability, despite the fact that it may be personally disagreeable to Ms. Flores.}{\insrsid5321791  }{\insrsid5209469\charrsid5321791 
For example, both parties testified that visitation schedules were modified in order to accommodate each others work and travel schedules.}{\insrsid5321791  }{\insrsid5209469\charrsid5321791 
Significantly, successful modification of their schedules occurred without attorney or court involvement.}{\insrsid5321791
