FIJI REVENUE AND CUSTOMS AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) DECREE 2012 (DECREE NO. 40 OF 2012)

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as the President of the Republic of Fiji and the Commander in Chief of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces by virtue of the Executive Authority of Fiji Decree 2009, I hereby make the following Decree -

A DECREE TO AMEND THE FIJI REVENUE AND CUSTOMS AUTHORITY ACT 1998

Short title and commencement

1. - (1) This Decree may be cited as the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority (Amendment) Decree 2012.

(2) This Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

Section 52 amended

2. Section 52 of the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority Act 1998 is amended by inserting, in subsection (4), the following new sub-paragraph after sub-paragraph (g) –

"(h) display a list of registered persons in a public place and disclose the registration status of the registered persons."
