\f0\fs24\insrsid5653300 ed for some time until discovered by the company\rquote s chief financial officer }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0\afs24 \ltrch\fcs0 \f0\fs24\insrsid8272631 (Kumar Shankar) }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0\afs24 \ltrch\fcs0 \f0\fs24\insrsid5653300 
on 12 May 2007 when he }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0\afs24 \ltrch\fcs0 \f0\fs24\insrsid16733806 noticed}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0\afs24 \ltrch\fcs0 \f0\fs24\insrsid5653300  that a cheque for $15,172.38}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0\afs24 \ltrch\fcs0 \f0\fs24\insrsid8604678 
 had been encashed by the petitioner.  There was evidence that when the petitioner was confronted with this transaction she admitted that she had cashed the cheque }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0\afs24 \ltrch\fcs0 \f0\fs24\insrsid2971395 at the bank }{\rtlch\fcs1 
\af0\afs24 \ltrch\fcs0 \f0\fs24\insrsid8604678 and later returned the money.  There was evidence that the petitioner met with the company\rquote 
s accountant (Navin Sen) on 13 May 2007 and offered him $10,000.00 to stop the investigation.  The original documents (i.e. cheques, invoices, payment vouchers and bank statements) were all admitted into evidence at the trial.  }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0\afs24
