The threshold set by Section 7(2) is very high unlike in an appeal from the High Court to the Court of Appeal which is based on whether a ground of appeal is arguable. An appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court must satisfy

s brother to help arrange a meeting, but to no avail. The incident had taken place at about 3 a.m. at Poonam\rquote s house. The evidence revealed that the Petitioner had set fire to Poonam\rquote s house, had stabbed her several times and tried to thro
