The circumstances of the robbery were such that all who entered must take responsibility and were criminally liable for what they knew might arise, as indeed it did.

\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid8475223\charrsid8475223 Little if any discount can be given for such a role, which is akin to that of the driver of a getaway car in a bank robbery.}{\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid8475223  }{
\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid8475223\charrsid8475223 His role was vital to the success of both crimes committed.
