The independent contractors did take precautions to cause as little trouble and annoyance to the plaintiff as was possible but in my view there was still interference with the plaintiffs business for some time after building operations commenced.

doors could not be closed while the shops were open for business, there were two ways the company could have reduced their }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid5066437\charrsid4871932 \hich\af0\dbch\af31505\loch\f0 alleged}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 
\insrsid13510974\charrsid4871932 \hich\af0\dbch\af31505\loch\f0  loss. One was to have only sample stock displayed }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid12853317 \hich\af0\dbch\af31505\loch\f0 a}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0
