\par The disputed portion of land came into existence when one M. N. Naidu who held a native lease Ex.P.1 for 21 ye}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid16393126 ars as from 11th September, 1918}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid8334689\charrsid8477360

\par In June 1940, all native land passed into the care and management of the NLTB who became trustees }{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid6695981 thereof. The NLTB when contempla}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid8334689\charrsid8477360 ting the sub}{
