He could not identify the person who assaulted the victim.}{\fs24\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid7240467  }{\fs24\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid11366646\charrsid7240467 PW6 was doing his regular morning exercise on the morning on 19/02/96.}

\fs24\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid7240467 "}{\fs24\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid11366646\charrsid7240467  He further states that he saw Constable Akuila the Appellant }{\fs24\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid7240467 "}{

Appellant had fresh blood stains on his clothes and was drunk these do not link him to any injuries records in the Medical report on the complainant.
