 a few days, and there has never been any complaint by the Director that they had acted before getting his approval. Indeed common sense would suggest that some sort of negotiation or dealing would always be necessary before the Director was brought into

he picture and that it would assist the Director to know the terms of any agreement reached, and it seems to me that whether or not words such as "subject to approval of the Director of Mines being given" were added to the agreement the position with rega
