ession in July 1967 but, apart from a bald statement to that effect, it does not seem clear what the basis was for so giving possession (or occupation) of the land to appellant. It is unimportant. However, on January 22, 1968 a formal written agreement, a

ready referred to, was signed by the parties. The terms of this agreement must now be more carefully examined but before passing from the question of possession it is convenient to set out clause 4 which reads:

months after the said agreement was entered into. No explanation was given for the delay. These actions were not commenced until 1976 when actions were taken as previously stated. Respondent claimed the ful}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid73097 
\hich\af0\dbch\af31505\loch\f0 l purchase price had become due, because, in terms\hich\af0\dbch\af31505\loch\f0  of clause 20,}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0 \ltrch\fcs0 \insrsid13437316\charrsid13437316 \hich\af0\dbch\af31505\loch\f0
