ot comply with the requirements as to attestation and registration prescribed by section 8 of the Ordinance. He further submitted that if void, it was void for all purposes, and did not admit of one part being treated as divisible from another.}{

. I can gather no such intention from the Ordinance itself and am not prepared to place any such interpretation upon the section. The words must be construed in their ordinary meaning and without any limitation.

though closely connected it cannot be said that they are inseparable from and dependent upon one another. The plaintiff agrees to permit defendant to use the lands, and the defendant agrees to pay the rents, rates and taxes to plaintiff for the same when 
due. I do not find that this agreement is to stand or fall whether or no the defendant fulfils the terms of the payment under clause 2 of the agreement, nor do I find that the defendant by the agreement has }{
