ven to it by the Courts, as employed in the Imperial Bankruptcy Acts, have been cited. Without doubting the correctness of those definitions, and unreservedly accepting those constructions, it must be remembered on the one hand that definitions are genera
\hich\af0\dbch\af31505\loch\f0 l\hich\af0\dbch\af31505\loch\f0  and cases before the Courts are particular, and, on the other hands, tha}{\rtlch\fcs1 \af0\afs24 \ltrch\fcs0 \fs24\insrsid8535157 \hich\af0\dbch\af31505\loch\f0
