undue\hich\af0\dbch\af36\loch\f0 influence or pressure was exerted on, or any unfair tactics were used against, the customer ( or person acting on behalf of the customer) by the supplier in relation to the supplier or a person acting on behalf of\hich\af0\dbch\af36\loch\f0 \hich\af0\dbch\af36\loch\f0 the supplier in relation to the supply or\hich\af0\dbch\af36\loch\f0 possible supply of the goods or services; and}{\i\f0\fs24\insrsid7365209 \par }\pard \ql \li0\ri0\nowidctlpar\aspalpha\aspnum\faauto\adjustright\rin0\lin0\itap0\pararsid7365209 {\i\f0\fs24\insrsid7365209\charrsid7365209 \par
