. The plaintiff has stated that it can pay damages if the action does not succeed after trial. This court, on the other hand, is of the view that the plaintiff could not be adequately compensated by damages, if the 
application of the defendants is allowed for burial after dissolving the interim injunction at this stage. Moreover, it appears that the plaintiff will suffer irreversible consequences as a result of the burial of the dead body when serious questions of f
acts are still to be determined by court.}{\f0\fs24\insrsid14093607\charrsid2784196

 all the facts of circumstances as set out above, this court is of the view that it would be appropriate to allow the status quo to remain in so far as the parcel of land in issue is concerned
