serious offence than rape where the tariff is 5-7 years for the rape of adult women with a starting point o f 7 years, and 9-11 years for the rape of children with a starting point of 10 assault, and after considering aggravating and mitigating circumstances, an 18 month term would have been appropriate. \par \par In respect of Count 2, a starting point of 7 years imprisonment
