appeal. \par \par The learned Magistrate asked the Appellant why his suspended sentence should not be activated.}{\fs24\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid262244 }{\fs24\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid3742926\charrsid11273897 He said that he had separated from his wife, that he and his co-accused were drunk and short of
