There is no evidence placed before me that a sum of $7,000.00 which was part of a consent order of 27th April 2000 of the Agricultural Tribunal to cover rent arrears was ever paid by the Defendant.}{\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid14886815  }{
\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid5268089\charrsid14886815 In any event, the question of the tenant being allowed to cultivate further after the expiry of the lease or to reap standing crops or indeed to receive compensation in lieu is \'93
at the option of the landlord\'94.}{\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid14886815  }{\lang2057\langfe1033\langnp2057\insrsid5268089\charrsid14886815 The landlord here, the Plaintiff, opposed such a grace period.}{
