}{\fs24\insrsid15015467\charrsid11012305 any application }{\fs24\insrsid934673 other than matters referred to i }{\fs24\insrsid15015467\charrsid11012305 n paragraphs (a) and (b) of this subsection by any person concerning the use of land arising from the provisions of this Act or regulations thereunder or any zoning or other order pursuant to this Act. \par }\pard \ql either at the request of the Minister or of its own motion report}{\fs24\insrsid12221510\charrsid11012305 }{\fs24\insrsid15015467\charrsid11012305 and make recommendations to the Min}{ shall have all the powers necessary to carry out its functions under this Act and may conduct hearings in public or otherwise as it shall deem fit. \par }{\b\fs24\insrsid12221510\charrsid11012305 \par in the absence of any appropriate regulation the Board may regulate its own procedure. \par }{\b\fs24\insrsid12221510\charrsid11012305 \par }{\fs24\insrsid15015467\charrsid14898601 13. {\fs24\insrsid12221510\charrsid11012305 \par }\pard \ql \li720\ri0\widctlpar\aspalpha\aspnum\faauto\adjustright\rin0\lin720\itap0\pararsid3151693 {\fs24\insrsid15015467\charrsid11012305 (c) any hardship imposed on any occupier or other person affected by the determination of the Board. \par }\pard \ql \li0\ri0\widctlpar\aspalpha\aspnum\faauto\adjustright\rin0\lin0\itap0\pararsid3892574 {\fs24\insrsid12221510\charrsid11012305 \par }{\fs24\insrsid15015467\charrsid14898601 14. }{\fs24\ul\insrsid15015467\charrsid14898601 Lapsing of permission to deviate from a zoning order}{\b\fs24\insrsid12275926\charrsid11012305 - }{\fs24\insrsid15015467\charrsid11012305 All decisions of the Board granting permission to deviate from the terms of a zoning order shall lapse at the expiry of ten years from the date of the granting of permission or on the rescission or alteration of the zoning order which ever event shall first happen. \par }{\fs24\insrsid12221510\charrsid11012305 \par }{\fs24\insrsid15015467\charrsid14898601 15. }{\fs24\ul\insrsid15015467\charrsid14898601 Liability of Board Commissioner may from time of time by order in Executive Council, in accordance with recommendations thereon made to him by the Minister}{\fs24\insrsid3758620 ,}{\fs24\insrsid15015467\charrsid11012305
