THE COURT OF APPEAL RULES 1961, AMENDMENT NO. 1

ORDER

His Highness, MALIETOA TANUMAFILI II, Head of State

At the Government House at Apia this 19th day of July 1964

PURSUANT to the Judicature Ordinance 1961, the Head of State, acting on the advice of the Prime Minister, and with the concurrence of the Rules Committee constituted under section 40 of the Judicature Ordinance 1961, hereby makes the following rules.

RULES

1. Title - These rules may be cited as the Court of Appeal Rules 1961, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Court of Appeal Rules 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules).

These Rules were notified in the Western Samoa Gazette of 10 August 1964.

2. This rule added a First, Second and Third Schedule to the principal Rules.
