STOCKHOLM CONVENTION ON PERSISTENT ORGANIC POLLUTANTS STOCKHOLM, 22 MAY 2001 ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO ANNEXES A, B AND C (RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 6 OF 2014

An Act provides for the ratification of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants Stockholm, 22 May 2001 Adoption of Amendments to Annexes A, B, and C.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows –

1 Ratification

The Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants Stockholm, 22 May 2001 Adoption of Amendments to Annexes A, B and C is ratified.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
