An Act provides for the ratification of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants Stockholm, 22 May 2001 Adoption of Amendment to Annex A.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification
The Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants Stockholm, 22 May 2001 Adoption of Amendment to Annex A is ratified.

2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day of which it is published in the Gazette.
