SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION (2007)
ACT NO. 27 OF 2007
An Act to provide for the appropriation of additional funds for the services of the government for the year ending on 31 December 2007, and for related purposes.
Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-
1. Appropriation of amounts under section 39 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act [CAP 244]
The additional amount of VT 421,878,668 issued from the Public Fund under section 39 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act [CAP 244] for the year ending on 31 December 2007 is appropriated in accordance with Schedule 1.
2. Appropriation of additional program in 2007
An additional program in 2007 is appropriated as set out in Schedule 2.
3. Commencement
This Act is taken to have commenced on 01 January 2007.
