THE SUPPLEMENTARY
APPROPRIATION (2003) ACT
NO. 33 OF 2003

An Act to provide for the carrying forward of certain funds from 2002 to 2003.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows -

1. Amounts carried over and allocated under section 37 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act No. 6 of 1998
   

The Schedule sets out the allocation of amounts totalling VT 138,403,583 carried forward from the year ending on 31 December 2002 to the year ending on 31 December 2003 in accordance with section 37 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act No. 6 of 1998.

2. Commencement
   

This Act is taken to have commenced on 01 January 2003.
