An Act to amend the Road Traffic (Control) Act [CAP 29].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 44 OF CHAPTER 29

1. Section 44 of the Road Traffic (Control) Act [CAP 29] is amended by deleting the words "Dispensations of age not exceeding 1 year may be granted by the Minister" appearing at the end of that section.

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
