An Act to ratify the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court is ratified.

A copy of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
