OPTIONAL PROTOCOL TO THE CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF
THE CHILD ON THE SALE OF CHILDREN, CHILD PROSTITUTION AND
CHILD PORNOGRAPHY (RATIFICATION)
ACT NO. 27 OF 2006

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1. Ratification

The Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography is ratified.

A copy of the Optional Protocol is attached.

2. Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
