An Act to provide for the ratification of the Treaty and Related Amendments on Fisheries between the Governments of certain Pacific Island States and the Government of the United States of America.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:-

1 Ratification

The Treaty and Related Amendments on Fisheries between the Governments of certain Pacific Island States and the Government of the United States of America is ratified.

A copy of the treaty is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
