To amend the Export Duties Joint Regulation No. 6 of 1964.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE I TO THE REGULATION

1. Export Duties Joint Regulation No. 6 of 1964, as amended, is further amended in Schedule I by repealing paragraph (9) and substituting the following paragraph:-

"9. (a) Melektree (Antiaris Toxicaria)Wood in the rough, whether or not stripped of bark or sapwood, or roughly squared 8%

(b) Other wood in the rough, whether or not stripped of bark or sapwood, or roughly squared 15%

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
