CONVENTION FOR THE SAFEGUARDING OF THE INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE (RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 26 OF 2009

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1. Ratification

The Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2. Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
