ACT NO. 14 OF 2010

An act to ratify the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
