BILLS OF SALE (AMENDMENT)
REGULATION NO. 6 OF 2009

An Act to amend the Bills of Sale Regulation [CAP23].

Be it enacted by the President and the Parliament as follows:

1 Amendment

The Bills of Sale Regulation [CAP 23] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

AMENDMENT OF THE BILLS OF SALE AMENDMENT ACT [CAP 23]

1 Section 2

Before “This” insert “Subject to section 2A,”

2 After section 2

Insert

“2A Application of Regulation to provisions of the Personal Property Securities Act No. 17 of 2008

This Regulation does not apply to any transaction which is subject to the provisions of the Personal Property Securities Act No. 17 of 2008.”
