BEER (AMENDMENT) ACT

An Act to amend the Beer Act No. 53 of 1989.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: -

AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1 TO ACT NO. 53 OF 1989.

1. Schedule 1 to the Beer Act No. 53 of 1989 is amended by deleting the figure and words "VT120 per cent per litre" and substituting the figure and words "VT80 per litre".
   

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the 1^st of September, 1995.
