WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION (EXEMPTIONS)

Order 42 of 2004

1. Class of persons exempted
The following classes of persons employed under Air Vanuatu, Vanair, and Unity Airlines are exempt from Insurance:

(i) Pilots;
(ii) Aircrews; and
(iii) Engineers.
