To prescribe the system of fare levying and fare structure to be charged by common vehicle operators in Port Vila and the Efate region.

1. Common vehicle fares
(1) No person shall, for any journey by a common vehicle within the Municipality of Port Vila or the Efate region, charge any passenger a fare exceeding the fare structure determined in accordance with this section.

(2) For any journey within the Municipality of Port Vila the fare shall not exceed 100 vatu per passenger.

(3) For any journey commencing in Port Vila to a destination outside Port Vila, the fare payable per person shall not exceed the fare determined in accordance with the following scale:
