ROAD TRAFFIC (ROAD WORTHINESS INSPECTION CHECKLIST)

Order 51 of 2004

1. Prescribed inspection checklist
(1) For the purpose of conducting a roadworthy examination under section 32 of the Road Traffic (Control) Act [Cap. 29], the prescribed inspection checklist that must be used by all vehicle examiners while examining a vehicle is as set out in the schedule.

(2) The original completed copy of the inspection checklist shall be attached to the roadworthiness certificate and shall be presented to the Department of Customs and Inland Revenue as a prerequisite to the issuance of a sticker under section 38A(a) of the Road Traffic (Control) Act [Cap. 29].
