Road Traffic (Compounding of Offences) Scale of Fines

ROAD TRAFFIC (COMPOUNDING OF OFFENCES) SCALE OF FINES


Order 2 of 1986
Order 18 of 1988


To provide for a scale of fines for which certain traffic offences may be compounded.


1. Compounding of offences
Any offence under the Act other than those provided for in section 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 35, 53(2), 53(3), or 55 may be compounded in accordance with the scale of fines set out in the Schedule hereto.
