1. Domestic rates of postage
The postage for the transmission within Vanuatu of the articles specified in Schedule 1 is to be paid at the rates specified in that Schedule.

2. Domestic rates of postage for express mail services
The postage for the transmission within Vanuatu by express mail service of the articles specified in Schedule 2 is to be paid at the rates specified in that Schedule.

3. International rates of postage
The postage for the transmission of the articles specified in Schedule 3 to a place outside Vanuatu is to be paid at the rates specified in that Schedule.

4. Fees and charges for other services
There is payable for the services and other matters specified in Schedule 4 the fees and charges specified in that Schedule.

5. Value added tax
The rates of postage, and fees and charges provided for in this determination are inclusive of value added tax.
