Immigration (Fees) Regulation

IMMIGRATION (FEES) REGULATION


Order 46 of 2005


To prescribe certain fees for the purposes of the Immigration Act [Cap. 66].


1. Fees
The various fees set out in Column B shall be payable, on application, by the applicant to the Principal Immigration Officer for the various matters set out under Column A.

(i) A permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for one year
(ii) A permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for three years
(iii) A permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for five years

(i) An extension of a permit to reside in Vanuatu for one year
(ii) An extension of a permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for three years
(iii) An extension of a permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for five years

(c) A permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for one year for children under 18 years of age

(d) An extension of a permit to reside in Vanuatu for one year for children under 18

(h) A permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for one year for those engaged in full
time study

(i) An extension of a permit to reside in Vanuatu for one year for those engaged in

(j) A permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for one year for those 55 years of age or
over and who do not hold either a current work permit or current business licence

(k) An extension of a permit to reside in Vanuatu for one year for those 55 years of age or over and who do not hold either a current work permit or current business licence
