To prescribe certain fees for the purposes of the Immigration Act [Cap. 66].

1. Fees
The various fees set out in Column B shall be payable, on application, by the applicant to the Principal Immigration Officer for the various matters set out under Column A.

(b) Extension of a Permit to reside in Vanuatu (i) An extension of a permit to reside in Vanuatu for one year (ii) An extension of a permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for three years (iii) An extension of a permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for five years	40,000 110,000 180,000
(c) A permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for one year for children under 18 years of age	2,000
(d) An extension of a permit to reside in Vanuatu for one year for children under 18 years of age	2,000
(e) The replacement or alteration of a permit or change of immigration status	10,000
(f) The preparation of any other certificate or document	5,000
(g) Yacht Immigration Clearance (per person)	2,000
(h) A permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for one year for those engaged in full time study	10,000
(i) An extension of a permit to reside in Vanuatu for one year for those engaged in full time study	10,000
(j) A permit to enter and reside in Vanuatu for one year for those 55 years of age or over and who do not hold either a current work permit or current business licence	30,000
(k) An extension of a permit to reside in Vanuatu for one year for those 55 years of age or over and who do not hold either a current work permit or current business licence	30,000
