INTERACTIVE GAMING (FEES)

Order 6 of 2003

To prescribe certain application and licence fees.

1. Application fees
For the purpose of section 4(1)(a) of the Vanuatu Interactive Gaming Act [Cap. 261], the prescribed fee is:

(a) $US 75,000.00 for an application for a licence to conduct all forms of interactive gaming; and

(b) $US 35,000.00 for an application for a licence to conduct only sportsbook operations.

2. Licence fees
For the purpose of section 9(1) of the Vanuatu Interactive Gaming Act [Cap. 261], the prescribed fee is:

(a) $US 50,000.00 for the grant of a licence to conduct all forms of interactive gaming and $US 50,000.00 for the annual renewal of such a licence;

(b) $US 30,000.00 for the grant of a licence to conduct only sportsbook operations and $US 30,000.00 for the annual renewal of such a licence;
