(APPLICATION TO VANUATU NATIONAL PROVIDENT FUND)

Order 45 of 2003

1. Application of the Financial Institutions Act
The following provisions of the Financial Institutions Act [Cap. 254] apply to the Vanuatu National Provident Fund as if it were a licensee within the meaning of that Act:

(a) sections 21 to 28 (other than section 22);

(b) sections 42 and 42A;

(c) sections 50, 53, 54, 55, 56, and 58.
