DIPLOMATIC PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES

To provide for the diplomatic status of AFD (Agence Francaise de Developpement).

1. Privileges and immunities
The AFD (Agence Francaise de Developpement) is to enjoy the privileges and immunities set out in Schedule 2 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act [Cap. 143] and the legal capacities of a body corporate.
