SUPERIOR COURTS (REPEAL) ACT 2019

AN ACT TO REPEAL THE SUPERIOR COURTS (AMENDMENT) ACT 2016

Commencement [22nd July, 2020]

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Superior Courts (Repeal) Act 2019.

2 Commencement

This Act shall come into operation on the date of publication by exhibition.

3 Purpose

The purpose of this Act is to repeal the Superior Courts (Amendment) Act 2016.

4 Repeal

The Superior Courts (Amendment) Act 2016 is hereby repealed.
