TONGA DEFENCE SERVICES PENSIONS (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 2003

PURSUANT TO section 9 of the Government Act (Cap. 3), the Legislative Assembly on 21 July 2004 confirmed the Tonga Defence Services Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2003 published in the Tonga Government Gazette Supplement Extraordinary No. 28 of 5 December 2003 with the following amendments:

(a). Regulation 8 is amended by increasing the sums appearing in the new Regulation 29 by 50%.
