1986-87 SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION ACT, 1989

AN ACT

TO LEGALISE CERTAIN PAYMENTS MADE IN THE YEAR 1986-87 IN EXCESS OF THE EXPENDITURE SANCTIONED BY THE 1986-87 APPROPRIATION ACT, 1986.

[25th September, 1989.]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as the 1986-87 Supplementary Appropriation Act, 1989.

2. The sum of money set forth in the schedule hereto having been expended for the services therein mentioned beyond the amounts granted for these services by the 1986-87 Appropriation Act 1986 are hereby declared to have been duly and necessarily paid, laid out and expended for the services of the Kingdom in that year and are hereby approved, allowed and granted in addition to the amount mentioned for these services in the Act aforesaid.

Passed in the Legislative Assembly 25th day of September, 1989.
